Bookings

A credit/debit card or email will secure your booking.
No payment will be taken unless:

1. You cancel within 24 hours of expected arrival - 100% of total booking charge will be deducted.
2. You do not arrive - 100% of charge will be deducted.

Payment

Can be made either by cash/cheque or debit/credit card, for which there is a small charge on departure.

Arrival

We try to be flexible on arrival times so please try to arrange a suitable time for us all, and notify any changes as soon as possible.
