Elm Tree Farmhouse's converted Barn can be arranged to suit your needs, whether you would like to all sit around a table, horseshoe (U-shape) or lecture (Theatre) style. We cater for various sized meetings, always tailored to your needs.
We supply tea/coffee on arrival and lunch (hot or cold) to suit your wishes,
in the Barn...
on the patio, or....
in the house.
For longer meetings, and where guests are coming from a distance or overseas our Bed & Breakfast accommodation will always make this an ideal venue.

In short whatever your requirements - we provide the personal touch. You can rest assured that our peaceful surroundings will ensure you have an interruption-free gathering. Unless the noise of sheep, cattle and horses eating grass are too much to bear!
About the FOOD!
Wendy is a Cordon Bleu cook with abilities acclaimed throughout the area and she would be delighted to produce an elaborate or simple meal for any occasion.
Elaborate - entertaining important customers or clients, a Directors Meeting away from the office or simply a high quality yet affordable family occasion.
Simple - delicious light lunches during a day meeting that won't make delegates fall asleep during the afternoon!
The key element to your successful meeting is privacy and an ambience that is more personal than a hired room somewhere, or the need to share your celebration with strangers in a restaurant, hotel or a pub.
We host up to 16 people and pre-dinner drinks can be consumed in the hall, barn or sitting room as preferred; and as we are not allowed to sell alcohol (this is for you to bring) you save even more! Why?
Well, the Australians call it BYO - Bring Your Own. So...
....extortionate hotel bar prices - forget them. Bring whatever wines or other drinks you like!
