Directions

From London M40

From London exit the M40 motorway at Junction 7. Turn right towards Thame on the A329. Follow the road for approximately 2.5 miles, past the Oxfordshire Golf Course (on right), through two S bends, on approaching industrial area on left take the right turn to "Moreton Village only" on sharp left-hand bend. At T-junction with war memorial turn right for some 200 metres to the split in the road. Take the right hand fork up lane. Pass converted barns, three bungalows and Elm Tree Farmhouse will be found on the right hand side.

From North M40

Exit M40 motorway at Junction 8A. Follow signs to Thame/Aylesbury. Follow road through village of Tiddington (beware 30 mph speed camera on left) and on to large roundabout. Take the 3rd exit signposted M40 London, Wallingford and Stadhampton (A329). After approximately 200metres take left hand turn to "Moreton Village only" on sharp right hand bend. At T-junction with war memorial turn right for some 200 metres to the split in the road. Take the right hand fork up lane. Pass converted barns, three bungalows and Elm Tree Farmhouse will be found on the right hand side.
